Even though these early days of Fall have been hot ones, the date on the calendar means all those yummy ipie holidays are just around the corner!

It also means it is time for Apple Caramel ipies!

Apple Caramel ipies start out as a Classic Apple ipie but we add a drizzle of our caramel sauce to the apple filling.

We cook the caramel sauce until it has a smokey caramel flavor and an amber color. We also brush the caramel sauce on top of the ipie to give it a bit of sticky goodness on the outside as well.

So come see us at the Palo Alto Farmers' Market this Saturday, October 1, from 8-noon for both your classic apple and apple caramel ipies.

Hello ipie fan!

The organic peaches are now at their best so come to the market for organic peach ipies!

And on Saturday I celebrate my 28th wedding anniversary so here is a special promotion for all you love birds!

First person to come to the ipie stand that has been married longer than 28 years gets a free ipie! Talk about bliss!

The first ipie fan at my market stand on Saturday who can tell me where the above quote is from and who said it gets a free blueberry ipie!

And no fair using the internet to find out!

Along with blueberry ipies I will also have a limited number of peach ipies.

I was very excited to see the first of the organic peaches in the market and to bake them into ipies! And the blueberries are at their peak now.
