ipie at Palo Alto Farmers' Market this Saturday!

This is Alex, or as we called him, Mr. Mixed Berry! That was the ipie filling at our last farmers' market -- strawberry and blueberry -- and Alex looked like he was a walking advertisement for our ipie!

So, come see us at the Palo Alto Farmers' Market this Saturday, May 28, from 8-noon for your own mixed berry ipie!

Unfortunately we were sold out of ipie when Mr. Mixed Berry stopped by so remember you can always email us to reserve your ipie for pickup at the market.

We are (of course) saving one for Mr. Mixed Berry!

Hope to see you all at the market!

Palo Alto Farmers' Market Reopens this Saturday!

So happy that the Palo Alto Farmers' Market reopens for the season this Saturday, May 14, from 8-noon and ipie will be there!

I'm introducing a new filling this Saturday so come by our market stand for ipies with strawberry-blueberry filling -- the first berries of the season!

And once again please ask me if I have any oh my! ipies available that day -- you never know!

As always, you can email us to reserve your ipies for pick up at the market.

Hope to see you at the market this Saturday!

(what's an oh my! ipie? a broken ipie for $2 -- oh my!)

Mother's Day, Bake Sales and Markets Oh My!

Just wanted to let everyone know of upcoming events! A longer post next week before the Palo Alto Farmers' Market reopens for the season. But for now, take note of all this fun stuff happening:

Apple pie and mother's day!
Check out local (Palo Alto) clothing store Leaf & Petal and their sister store Cassis for its Mother's day event this Saturday, May 7. They have amazing clothes and there will be ipie! There will be big pies to munch on while you shop and ipies with purchase!

National Food Bloggers Bake Sale!
The date is fast approaching for the second annual SF food bloggers bake sale.

The bake sale benefits Share Our Strength whose goal is to end childhood hunger in America. Last year we raised $1650 for this cause!

This year the event will be held on Saturday, May 14, from 10-6 p.m. at 18 Reasons in SF. The organizers also hope to add a second location. Please see the official site for the SF bake sale for more information.

Unfortunately I can't be there this year as the Palo Alto Farmers' Market reopens that day for the season but I'm sorry to miss it!

And of course, speaking of the farmers' market......

The Palo Alto Farmers' Market reopens for the season Saturday, May 14 from 8 a.m. to noon!
Come get your ipies (and pinwheels)!
