A slightly more buttery crust than the traditional ipie with a spicy pumpkin custard filling.

Our pear ipie was a bit hit last week so we will be back with pear as well as apple ipies.

And don't forget the cinnamon pinwheels! Or as one of my repeat customers calls them -- whale cookies -- but then he is under 5.....
