I so miss being at the Palo Alto Farmers' Market so I was happy to get back into the kitchen to bake ipies in honor of National Pie Day this past Sunday, January 23.I baked 24 ipies and packed them into my mini cooper for delivery.
It was a sunny, warm day and it was a lot of fun to commit random acts of ipie!
I tried to choose pie lovers that had not yet tasted an ipie but there were a few people that I felt needed a bit of a smile so they got an ipie as well!
Remember, pie is optimistic so eat more pie!
